How we met

We met in New York at a mutual friend’s event. Wei was studying interior design, and Garrett had just taken a new job in the city. A few home-cooked meals and date nights later and we were all in.

The Proposal

Garrett disguised a week in Hong Kong for the two of us as a work trip. The second night we were there, Garrett booked a private table in Tsim Sha Tsui, overlooking Victoria Harbour. Right as the light show was starting on Hong Kong Island, Garrett pulled the ring out of his pocket. Notoriously oblivious, Wei was caught completely off-guard, and we spent the rest of the week exploring the city in our own romantic bubble.
